Spence Lloyd
Spence has extensive experience with high-growth, venture capital-funded technology companies. Prior to joining ForHealth in September 2002, he was Chief Financial Officer of Highlander Engineering, a developer of software tools for embedded device manufacturers. He also was the CFO of BrainBuzz.com, a Tampa-based career portal that served information technology professionals.
Spence is a CPA and spent over twelve years with Ernst & Young in various financial and information systems audit capacities, most recently heading E&Y’s Information Systems audit practice for Florida. He has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida.
