Quellan Appoints Steffen Hahn as Vice President of Engineering
Seventeen Year Industry Veteran to Accelerate Expansion of Analog Semiconductor Start Up
SANTA CLARA, Ca., May 5, 2006 - Quellan, Inc. a leading supplier of Analog semiconductors today announced that Mr. Steffen Hahn has joined the company as Vice President of Engineering.
Mr. Hahn has seventeen years of analog design and engineering management experience and brings to Quellan additional executive leadership as the company expands, following recent investments from both Samsung and Menlo Ventures.
Mr. Hahn holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Solid State Electronics from Aachen University in Germany. Before joining Quellan, Mr. Hahn was the Senior Director of RF IC Development at Airgo Networks, Inc. in Palo Alto, California.
Prior to Airgo, Mr. Hahn worked for Philips Semiconductor from 1989-2002 in both Germany and in Sunnyvale, California. At Philips, he developed WLAN Radios for Apple Computer’s Airport and Intel’s Centrino Wireless Platforms.
