Stephen Richards
Stephen Richards brings a wealth of finance and operational experience to ZANTAZ as the current Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of McAfee, Inc. Under Richards' financial leadership, McAfee was named one of The Wall Street Journal's highest growth companies of 2001. Mr. Richards recently announced his plan to retire from McAfee at the end of 2004 in order to spend more time with his family and pursue other personal interests. Prior to joining McAfee, Richards served in a variety of executive roles at E*TRADE Group, Inc. including CFO and Chief Online Trading Officer. Richards also held the position of Managing Director and CFO of correspondent clearing at Bear Stearns & Companies, Inc. Currently, Richards is a member of the Board of Directors at Tradestation Group, Inc., Cray Inc. and the Pacific Stock Exchange.
