Steve Furr
For 25+ years, Steve has held senior financial management positions in the communications and telecom industry, where he has developed a reputation for his ability to grow companies quickly while maintaining a strong financial foundation. Most recently, Steve was responsible for the oversight and management of the planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting function at VeriSign Information Services. Before joining VeriSign, Steve was Chief Financial Officer for Ocular Networks, from business initiation to the merger with Tellabs. He has held various positions with Alcatel USA where he managed the financial operations of the joint venture between Alcatel and Sprint. He also held financial positions at Global One; Sprint International; Dyn Corp; and Yount, Hyde and Barbour, P.C. Steve holds a Bachelors of Science in accounting from James Madison University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
