PostPath Names Victor Chang as Vice President of Engineering
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA – Tuesday, February 13, 2007 – PostPath, creator of the industry’s only email and collaboration server that offers enterprises a drop-in alternative to Exchange™, today announced that it has named Victor Chang as its vice president of engineering. Chang, who has more than 20 years of experience in software development, is responsible for expanding PostPath’s engineering organization He will report directly to CEO Duncan Greatwood.
“Victor’s extensive experience in building and leading engineering teams through all stages of development, from early start-up to established group, and his experience in establishing and managing remote development organizations, make him a great addition to PostPath,” said Greatwood. “Victor is an excellent addition to our team and his track record speaks for itself, working for some of the valley’s leading technology companies – Apple, RSA, and Intel. Chang has over 20 years experience in networking, security, and enterprise infrastructure, including R&D, general management, and strategic planning. Prior to joining PostPath, he was vice president of engineering at Infoblox, a leading provider of network identity appliances. At RSA Security (later acquired by EMC), Chang grew the engineering organization from six people to more than 180. He held a variety of executive positions at RSA Security, including vice president engineering, general manager developer solution group, and vice president technology. Chang has also held engineering and management positions at Apple Computer, Tsunami, Intel, and Xerox. Chang holds a BSEE from National Taiwan University and an MS in computer engineering from Syracuse University.
