The stock market is filled with complications, as it provides opportunities to make a lot of money or lose money heavily. One ought to be veteran, educated and also have the money to invest.
Day trading is common way of trading in the stock market and invented by traders, who want quick money. These traders buy and sell stocks in bulk throughout the day to gain a short-term profit. The value of a particular stock would keep fluctuating throughout the day. Thus, the profit and the fortunes of day traders would also fluctuate and therefore they considered to be high-risk and are not for beginners or for those who don’t have sufficient money to risk and lose.
Penny stocks are low-priced stocks that cost less than a dollar. Day traders know that investing on penny stocks in day trading can be risky but do not want to lose the chance of purchasing low-priced stocks. For example, a trader may invest thousand dollars in penny stocks at the cost of fifty cents per share. And later part of the day the value of the stocks rises up to five dollars per stock. By selling these at this rate he gets a return of ten thousand dollars in cash in just one day. So, this is how day trading of penny stocks work. This type of trading not only give a chance to make a lot of money but also give a chance trade with minimum risk of losing it.

One should be careful in dealing with strong potential fraudulent buyers who artificially buy large amounts of stocks which are actually worthless.
But all companies may not be frauds and many of them may have great growth potential as they are new to the market and would strive hard to reach the top level. Investors should be convinced of good investment in order to make profits. Hence, all investors of penny stocks should do a proper research before venturing into big investments.
