Originally from Costa Rica, I have spent the past 20 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, one of the best places anywhere! Looking for an excuse for frequent visits to the beaches of Costa Rica, my brother and I started Avantica Technologies, an outsourced product development company with nearshore software development centers in San Jose, Costa Rica and Lima, Peru. In my spare time, I'm also a travel advisor (read free advice) to anyone going to Costa Rica on business or pleasure. Pura Vida!
