\n\t\t\t280 North, Inc. is a startup company dedicated to advancing the state of the art on the web. In the short time we\'ve been around, we\'ve become known for our work on 280 Slides, one of the most advanced applications ever delivered in a web browser.
As a company, we firmly believe in open source software. We\'ve released our entire application framework, Cappuccino, as an open source project to enable anyone to deliver desktop-class applications on the web.
Web applications today are too limited. They\'re hard to use and don\'t play well together. They\'re also incredibly difficult to build. We want to change that.
Our first application, 280 Slides, enables anyone with a web browser to quickly and easily create beautiful presentations. 280 Slides takes advantage of the web by making it trivial to find and include great media in your presentation.
