After developing the first technology release during the second half of 2000, Adviva began trading in early 2001 and became profitable less than one year later in 2002. In December 2005, Adviva accepted an $8.0m (\xa34.5m) first round investment in order to invest in leading technological offerings and to fund international expansion. In late 2006, Adviva established operations in Munich, Germany and in Paris, France.
