Ruckus promises very fast download speeds with a broadband connection, so that users can have the ability to "download an album in less than a minute." The site incorporates social networking aspects as well. Ruckus has been able to make their service both free and legal by making all files a tethered download, so that they cannot be distributed via illegal P2P networks.
