Shopping.com launched in September 2003, and is the result of the April 2003 merger of two pioneering Internet companies: DealTime, the leading shopping search engine; and Epinions, the leading consumer reviews platform. DealTime, Ltd., the parent company of both Shopping.com, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary Epinions, Inc., will change its name to Shopping.com in the coming weeks.
