Building upon our international clinical experience since 2002, SpinalMotion recently obtained FDA approval to conduct lumbar and cervical artificial disc clinical trials in the United States. SpinalMotion is a private company founded in 2004 by Southern Medical, a spinal implant company in South Africa, and Thomas Weisel Healthcare partners.
